What was your initial reaction when y'all got the phone call from Kim?

New York was hands double but we had to get it done in two days and then it was long days, roughly around 15 hours each day. How did you get the hearts to taste so good? Was information technology important they tasted and so good?

Kim wanted to do as large as I could become and I however wanted to keep that quality even if it was three times, 4 times the size so I used cacao berry chocolate. Was it painful to watch your cakes get smashed?
